The Daily Diary

Use these Daily Diary© forms to help you understand your cycle and recognize patterns within it. Keeping track of your cycles and experiences on a daily basis is an interesting and helpful thing to do. These forms give places to record both physical and emotional changes during your cycles. Women who are having problems associated with their cycles can use the diaries to document the patterns of experiences, and to test the effects of therapies (such as increased exercise, or vitamin supplements) for themselves.

  • Menstrual Cycle Diary: Use this diary if you are an adolescent or premenopausal woman.
  • Daily Perimenopause Diary: For perimenopausal women, including women with regular cycles who have hot flushes or night sweats.
  • Daily Menopause Diary: This diary is for women who have gone at least 12 months without a menstrual period.

Finally, if you do find that you need to consult a health care provider about your cycles, the documentation of your experiences will help you to communicate with them about your unique situation.

The Daily Diaries© were first used in the early 1980’s and, over the years, have been revised to incorporate improved information. The development of the diaries was undertaken without financial support. CeMCOR makes them available to you without cost.
